Youth Programs
Sprouts
Coed Youth Summer Camp
This 4-day youth volleyball camp offers a welcoming introduction to the game for young athletes. Campers will learn fundamental skills and basic game procedures through age-appropriate instruction and engaging activities. Coaches focus on creating a positive, encouraging environment where players can build confidence, improve coordination, and develop a love for volleyball. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn and have fun. (August 10-13)
Requirements:
-Children must be going into grades 4-6 (Fall 2026)
Cost: $165 - T-shirt included w/ registration

Girls Sprouts League
Our Girls Sprouts development league is a great introduction to organized volleyball in a structured and supportive setting, for girls going into 5th or 6th grade. Athletes will build a strong foundation through guided practices that emphasize skill development and teamwork, before transitioning into match play to build competitive experience. The program is designed to promote confidence, sportsmanship, and a love for the game, all within a safe and positive environment led by experienced coaches.
(17 Sessions - Tuesday Evenings and Saturday Mornings)
Requirements:
-Girls must be going into grades 5-6 (Fall 2026)
Cost: $345 - Jersey included w/ registration

Modified Programs
Girls Modified League
Geared toward athletes in grades 7–9, this Modified-level league offers a more in-depth approach to skill development and game play. Practices will emphasize technical refinement, decision-making, and team strategies, helping players build confidence on the court. Match play will be more structured, allowing athletes to experience game situations that reflect school and club volleyball. With a focus on growth, teamwork, and fun, this program is ideal for players who are preparing for their first Modified tryout, looking to prepare for the next level of competition, or those who want the team experience.

Boys Modified Tryout Prep
Our Modified Boys Tryout Prep Clinic is a 4-day program designed to help athletes feel confident and prepared for their upcoming school tryouts. Participants will review and strengthen core volleyball skills while learning key concepts related to team play, with Coach Eddie Daoreuang (Elmira College Men’s Coach). Each session includes structured drills and game-like situations to simulate a tryout environment. Coaches provide guidance and feedback in a positive setting, helping players improve their skills and approach tryouts with confidence. (August 17-20)
Requirements:
-Boys must be going into grades 7-9 (Fall 2026)
Cost: $130 - T-shirt included w/ registration

JV & Varsity Programs
Girls JV/Varsity Development Team
Practice-focused club team to develop volleyball skills, fitness, and on-court confidence. The athletes will be given opportunities to play and practice multiple positions while building relationships with potential school teammates and members of the local volleyball community. Get touches in game-tempo drills and learn advanced concepts that directly translate to school volleyball practices and match-play. Prepare for your fall tryout, work toward that starting spot, or just play the game you love.
(15 Sessions - Tuesday Evenings and Saturday Afternoons)

Friday 4’s
Monthly, blind-draw double-elimination tournaments to test your off-season training and help you to prepare for the upcoming season. Put together a team of 4 of your JV/Varsity level friends/teammates and compete to see if you are the best team around!
(3 Friday Evenings - June 26, July 17, August 7)

Cost: $60/team ($15/player)

Boys JV/Varsity
Tryout Prep
Prepare for your fall season with our 4-day Boys JV/Varsity Tryout Prep Program with Coach Eddie Daoreuang (Elmira College Men’s Coach). Designed for athletes aiming to earn a roster spot, or who want to start their season ready to make an impact, this focused training experience helps players build confidence and elevate performance through skill development, position-specific work and game-tempo drills. Athletes will also improve conditioning, agility, and on-court communication while receiving direct coaching feedback. Whether trying out for the first time or hoping to become a role-player, we want to help you stand out and compete at your best. (August 17-20)
