Coed Youth Skills Program

Is your child interested in trying volleyball, or maybe they want to increase their knowledge and skills? Whether brand new or preparing for next school year’s Modified team tryout, this program breaks down volleyball skills and concepts in a fun and constructive way to promote enjoyment and learning, while giving the kids a feel for what a typical team practice could be like. (8 Saturday Sessions)
Requirements:
-Must currently be in 5th or 6th grade

Girls JV/Varsity Game Play
Winter Registration is Closed
Come play volleyball! Mix up teams and scrimmage in a format resembling adult recreation programs. Get touches in a game-tempo environment, put your skills to the test, develop court awareness and communication skills, and just have fun! A coach attends to assist with game flow and give pointers. (10 Wednesday Evening Sessions)
Requirements:
-Girls must have at least 1 season of JV or Varsity school team experience
Cost: $105

Development Focused Practice Teams
Practice-focused club teams to develop volleyball skills, fitness, and on-court confidence. The athletes will be given opportunities to play and practice multiple positions while building relationships with potential school teammates and members of the local volleyball community. Get touches in game-tempo drills and learn advanced concepts that directly translate to school volleyball practices and match-play.
These programs are perfect for kids who play multiple school sports, want to continue their learning after their fall season, did not make a competitive club team, or for those who are on a club team who would like additional practice opportunities.
Girls - Modified

-Girls in grades 7-9 with at least 1 season of Modified school team experience
(18 Sessions)

All winter programs will be held at the Pinnacle Athletic Campus, a short drive east of Rochester, in Victor NY! Pinnacle offers monthly memberships and day passes for those looking to fill the time while your child is participating!
